We don’t ever charge a fee for diagnostics on any drive-thru headset. However, on other devices, if a repair is attempted after identifying the potential cause of the issue, an “Attempted Repair Fee” will apply. This fee ranges from $60 to $110, depending on the time required for the repair process.

If you are outside our pickup area, you can mail in your device for assessment. For customers within our pickup jurisdiction, we offer a pickup service for drive-thru headsets. All other devices can be dropped off at our location.

The total turnaround time includes both repair and shipping. Standard service typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, factoring in the time required for both the repair process and shipping. If you need a faster option, we offer an expedited service for an additional $75, reducing the total turnaround time to approximately one week.

Yes, we are open to discussing repairs for items not listed on our website. However, for devices we are unable to test in-house (circuit boards for proprietary equipment for example), the repair is done at your own risk. Providing a donor board can significantly improve the chances of a successful repair.

Yes, we provide a warranty on our repairs. Drive-thru headsets come with a 30-day warranty on the same repair, while all other devices are covered by a 60-day warranty on the same repair.
